TO PLACE AN ORDER:
In order to place an order, please contact our Sales Department at sales@orasea.com and we’ll respond as soon as possible with the necessary information in order to complete the order.

TO CHECK YOUR ORDER STATUS:
Upon shipment, all customers will receive an email indicating the shipment’s tracking number to monitor your order status. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact our staff at sales@orasea.com

PAYMENT METHODS:
We currently accept the following methods of payment for all our orders: Bank Transfer and PayPal. After you make the order, we will send you an email with the total charges and the information you need in order to transfer the money to our account or use PayPal. It's your choice.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:
All products are shipped daily (Monday – Friday) from our warehouse located in Sequeros, Salamanca (Spain). All items in stock are typically shipped within 48 hours of the receipt of the order confirmation. When your order is ready for shipment we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your order status.

Spain:
For all orders shipped to destinations within Spain, delivery will be made through the “Paquete Azul” method offered by the Spanish Postal Service.

EU Countries:
For orders shipped to EU countries outside Spain, delivery will be made via international priority mail.

All Other Destinations:
Please contact ORASEA at sales@orasea.com to request shipping information for delivery to all other countries.

For an additional cost, you may choose to have your order shipped by another postal carrier upon request. Normally all the items in your order will be delivered in one shipment.
