If you find that an ORASEA product fails to meet your expectations, you simply return it to us in its original packaging and we’ll refund your money plus any shipping and handling charges that may be accrued**. We’re that sure that you’ll be happy with our products.
Also, ORASEA warrants each new frame, fork, or original component part against defects in workmanship and materials for 3 years. In the case of a problem with one of our products, you simply return the faulty item to our installations and once the defect has been verified, we’ll promptly replace the product. If said product is no longer available, we will replace it for another item of equal or superior quality.

Statement of Limited Warranty – General Conditions:
- Subject to the following limitations, terms and conditions,
ORASEA warrants to the original owner for the duration of three (3) years
each new frame, fork, or original component part against defects in
workmanship and materials.
- This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
·
Improper assembly
·
Improper follow-up maintenance
·
Installation of parts or accessories not originally
intended for, or compatible with, the components as sold
·
Installation of parts or accessories not compatible
with the components as sold
·
Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse,
or neglect
- This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the
frame, fork, or components.
- This warranty extends from the date of purchase, applies only to
the original owner, and is not transferable.
- ORASEA is not responsible for incidental or consequential
damages.
- Proof of purchase is required, as well as the product
registration card stamped by ORASEA issued by ORASEA once the trial period
has ended, before a warranty claim may be processed.
- ORASEA reserves the right to analyze and verify the alleged
damaged component, as well as requesting the assistance of a specialist to
analyze any faulty products before a replacement is issued.
- For all other terms and conditions not mentioned above, ORASEA
complies to the European Commission Directive 1999/44/EC.
